Use of HustlePads.com and the Hustle Pads platform, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by G2Global Sales LLC. is subject to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers, and all other users of the site. When using our platform, we may collect personal information prior to providing you the services requested. This includes:

2.1 Information required to use the Hustle Pads platform

Profile Information & Account details: Your name, postal address, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo and any other personal information depending on the features you use. Other information collected includes usage date, page views, and visit history. 

Payment information and Identity Verification: Your ID numbers, scanned images of your government issued ID (as permitted by applicable laws), bank or payment account information (including payment card number, expiration date or billing address), and other verification information.

2.2 Data you choose to provide to Hustle Pads

Enhanced profile information: Gender, geolocation, member description, additional profile description, social media account ID, and other publicly available information.

Your synced address contacts information. This will include any contacts you import or enter manually from your address book.

Other Data: This includes survey information you fill in, posts within our community forum, participate in promotions, communications with our support team, and any health information you choose to share with us.

2.3 Third Party Personal Information We Collect 

Referrals and your fellow co-travelers. If you are invited to the Hustle Pads Platform by a friend or acquaintance, then that person who invited you will submit personal information about you such as your email address or other contact information.

Third Party Services: If you link your social media account (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.) then you will be enabling that service to send us you’re personal information for registration, friends list, and other personal profile information that is controlled by that enabled service.

Background Checking Information: For users within the United States and to the extent permitted by applicable laws we may gather reports from public records of criminal convictions or sex offender registrations as well as checks against other federal agencies. For users of our platform that are outside of the United States, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and with your consent where required, we may also do background checks using public data to check public police records and sex offender lists.

3. Device information and credentials:  

To the extent permitted by applicable laws; when installing our mobile application or using our website, we automatically collect these information from your device: device type, IP address, device identification numbers, internet browser type, operating system, network type, network operator, carrier, SIM operator, SIM country, or other mobile device settings. 

How is your personal information collected?

When creating an account on our platform, signing up to receive notifications and offers, or booking using our platform, you are giving us your personal information. We also collect information through cookies enabled in your web browser, with your consent.

How is your personal information shared?

Your personal information may be shared with travel providers and/or property owners to ease the booking process. Also, to assist and communicate with you with your travel and stay.

How is your information used?   

The information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

California Privacy Rights

For members residing in California and Vermont, any information shared and collected within our platform will not be shared with any third parties and affiliates, otherwise required or permitted by your state’s law.

Under California law, you reserve the right to request, once a year and free of charge, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed the member’s personal information.

Effective 1st of January 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) allows California residents to request for consumer access from any businesses that collect consumer’s personal information. Access should be in a portable and readily usable form stating the type of personal information collected, sources for that personal information, purpose for collecting information, and the third parties to whom the business has disclosed the member’s personal information.

Permission for Location-based Service

By using our platform, we may collect your device location through GPS signal, Wi-Fi signals, Bluetooth, phone towers, or other geo-information technologies. You reserve the right to provide us this information by enabling and utilizing location-based services available within our platform. To disable, you can directly change your phone settings.

The Hustle Pads site may contain links to third party websites. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our Site. Other sites accessible through our site via links or otherwise have their own policies in regard to privacy. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third parties.

Activity  

We may record information relating to your use of the Site, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We may use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site.
